1. GENERAL TERMS AND PREAMBLE. Thank you for your patronage. The following provisions constitute a binding agreement governing your purchase transactions. We hope you are satisfied with your selection. However, in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return protocol to our central processing facility for a refund, store credit, or an alternative product exchange. Please review the exhaustive procedural guidelines detailed herein below for comprehensive clarity on our operational return policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND POSTMARK LIMITATIONS. All eligible returns must be officially postmarked and registered within exactly three (3) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Any return requests initiated or dispatched outside of this strict three-day window shall be deemed null, void, and ineligible for processing. All returned merchandise must be presented in pristine, new, and unused condition, retaining all original tags, security seals, manufacturing labels, and packaging elements intact and unaltered.

3. MANDATORY RETURN PROCESS AND DOCUMENTATION. Upon receipt of the unique RMA identifier, the customer must place the merchandise securely within its original packaging, enclosing valid, undisputed proof of purchase. 4. LOGISTICAL FEES AND SHIPPING LIABILITY. Please be explicitly advised that the purchasing party shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for all associated return shipping fees, logistical overheads, and transit tariffs. We highly recommend utilizing a registered, trackable shipping method with signature confirmation to dispatch your return. Student Shop Nigeria Limited accepts zero liability for packages lost, damaged, or intercepted in transit.

5. INSPECTION, PROCESSING, AND REFUND CYCLES. Upon physical receipt and comprehensive manual inspection of the returned item's condition at our processing depot, we will initiate the assessment of your refund or exchange request. Please allow a minimum of one (1) business day from the receipt of your item to process the physical return. Refunds may subsequently require 1 to 2 complete billing cycles to reflect on your financial institution's credit card statement, contingent upon your specific card issuer's policies. Email notification will be dispatched upon resolution.

6. EXCEPTIONS, DEFECTS, AND RESTOCKING TARIFFS. PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory, non-negotiable restocking fee equivalent to exactly five percent (5%) of the original purchase price will be automatically assessed and deducted from the final refund amount for all completed returns.
